Tips From Regulars
First Time Here
Staff can be inconsistent with customer service - while some employees like Chad are very helpful and attentive, others may not acknowledge you despite multiple staff present. Consider asking directly if you need assistance rather than waiting to be approached.
Pro Tip
CBX HOBBY has a dedicated Discord server community - join it to connect with local Warhammer hobbyists, coordinate pickup games, and stay updated on events or league play in Lufkin.
What To Expect
The store offers a nice playing area with good space for gaming sessions. However, reviews mention inconsistent service speeds at the counter, so plan accordingly if you're purchasing multiple items or ETB boxes.
