Staff (Rob and Dani) are noted as exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming to newcomers, making this an excellent choice for players new to Warhammer or miniature gaming who need guidance on getting started
Check the store event calendar (available at the register) for organized gaming events and paint-and-take nights, which are described as well-run and fun opportunities to meet the community
The store offers free open gaming space with tables available for free play with any purchase, making it ideal for pickup games and casual Warhammer/Age of Sigmar matches without needing to commit to a scheduled event
Gootzy Gaming stocks an impressive selection of Warhammer and Age of Sigmar miniatures—described as 'easily the most selection found in Central Pennsylvania'—plus a full range of paints and hobby supplies needed for assembly and painting projects
The store is clean, well-organized, and maintains a chill, family-friendly atmosphere that welcomes both serious hobbyists and casual players, with free parking available in a private lot
