Tips From Regulars

First Time Here

Staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable about Warhammer products and gaming rules, though service attention can be inconsistent. Don't hesitate to ask questions about army building or rules—most reviews praise their willingness to help.

Pro Tip

The game room offers $5/hr per person table access and appears to allow your own games. This is a fair rate for dedicated gaming space—ideal for running Warhammer campaigns or 40K matched play sessions with consistent opponents.

What To Expect

Hoover House is an official GW retailer stocking Warhammer 40K minis with a dedicated game room (approximately half the store). Perfect for bringing your army to play, though be aware inventory can be inconsistent—call ahead if looking for specific models.

Money Saver

Stock rotation appears slow with limited inventory depth. If you need specific Warhammer models or want to browse new releases, contact the store first rather than making a special trip, as popular items may be out of stock for extended periods.
