The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping both beginners and invested hobbyists. Ask staff like Nick for personalized recommendations and guidance on your models - they excel at this.
Modern Explorers Guild stands out for exceptional customer service - they'll even process refunds over the phone for distant customers without requiring a return trip, showing they prioritize hobbyist satisfaction.
The store has an excellent selection of Army Painter Speedpaints and other hobby supplies (paints, brushes, tools, magnets) - one of the few shops in the area carrying this brand, making it ideal for painting supplies.
Staff will match MSRP and other shop prices, making this a competitive option for Warhammer 40K purchases. They also offer pre-ordering and reservation services with phone notifications when stock arrives.
Browse the vintage and used 40K parts and bits selection for potential deals and hard-to-find components. This is noted as an awesome collection by regular visitors.
